There’s been a lot of hype and anticipation around Luc Besson’s upcoming new space adventure film, VALERIAN AND THE CITY OF A THOUSAND PLANETS. There are some visually spectacular images being released from the film by the director of The Professional, The Fifth Element and Lucy. The comic series has been around for a while and it has been a long-time dream of Besson’s to bring this world to reality on the big screen. But the director has said that until now the technology hadn’t advanced to the point where he could recreate the many alien races and sensational environments represented in the comic series.
