I returned from vacation late Sunday night and decided to watch my taped episode of “Revenge.” Whoa. Big drama, right?!
Last week, Victoria began to put two and two together and deduce that Emily was getting revenge for what happened to David. But she doesn’t know the whole story, does she? (I was talking to a friend today and we both said out loud – what if Victoria and Emily became a team? Victoria did love David and only turned bad after meeting Conrad – who is the worst – we think it’s a great idea – Conrad would never stand a chance!)
This week, Pascal promised Victoria he would stop Emily from any more of her plotting, and then asked her to marry him – large ring included. Victoria joyously accepted, but of course, we knew it wasn’t going to last – the writers just won’t let her be happy. Now I’m understanding her temperament – how much can a girl take?
Conrad hears about the engagement and pays Victoria a visit (he is so creepy – Henry Czerny is a great actor). He is kind enough to tell her that Pascal murdered Oscar Chapman. Victoria just wanted him out – and out of her life for good! Amen, sister.
Later, Conrad met Aiden and told him he had 24 hours to kill Pascal or he would reveal him. Aiden, Nolan and Emily devised a plan and kidnapped Pascal. What did you think of Emily pretending to be Agent Rebecca Stone from Homeland Security? I would have thought Pascal would know what Emily looked like … I guess not.
Anyway, she wanted him to open up. Emily said, “This is where you tell me everything,” and claimed to have been building a case against the Graysons for three years. Pascal didn’t talk, and Emily took his phone to see what information was on it. Unfortunately, nothing to link he or the Graysons to flight 197. Emily decided to force Pascal to wear a wire to the LeMarchal lauch to record Conrad – hopefully confessing to the crime.
Meanwhile, Charlotte received a strange letter from … David Clarke? Is there any way he could be alive? Wouldn’t that be crazy?! I would love it! Victoria dismissed it as a prank and told Charlotte not to let her imagination get the better of her. Charlotte, not so sure, took it to Jack (okay, are Jack and Charlotte going to get together?). Later, Jack found a ring with DC engraved on it at The Stowaway – as the culprit (who looks like a young David) peered through the window. I just can’t figure out who he is, can you?
Elsewhere, Margaux had her father (Daniel nudged her) put down in ink that he would turn over LeMarchal Media to her. At the launch of MyClone, he announced that she would be running LeMarchal, and Nolan pulls a fast one on Mr. Weirdo, Javier – making his technology look very very bad – and he was fired! I didn’t like him at all, so good riddance!
Emily waited for Pascal to get Conrad to a place to talk, but they headed toward the roof, Emily in tow. Pascal was leaving for good and going to have Victoria meet him where they would live happily ever after i France. Unfortunately, a horrible scene ensued.
Pascal stood by the helicopter trying to get Conrad to talk, but instead, Conrad pushed him into the chopper blade! I was a little horrified myself – as was Emily, who saw it all. She darted out of there right before Victoria arrived to see his bloody body. To say she was upset was an understatement. I felt bad for her, I really did. Conrad said that Pascal stepped back into the prop, and the pilot corroborated the event. Aren’t they the worst?! Conrad is a cold blooded killer, that’s for sure!
Daniel ended up consoling Margaux, as I am realizing more and more that they are going to end up together.
Later, Daniel checks in on his mom, finding her in a state of shock. She knows Conrad is to blame. Daniel wonders why the feds aren’t there checking out what happened. He leaves and Victoria calls the Homeland Security Number that she found in Pascal’s pocket. This time, the message said the number had been disconnected. Oh boy, she knows something’s up.
The end scene was scary. Charlotte was walking on the beach alone that night, when she was kidnapped – I’m assuming by the guy who has something to do with David Clarke.
I can’t wait for the finale. Of course we will be on pins and needles for the entire summer wondering what will happen, because you know it’s going to be a monstrous cliffhanger! That’s the fun of it, right?!
Are you still loving “Revenge” like I am? Who do you think the young man is? Could David be alive? Leave comments below!
