Kate Winslet’s taking her “Labor Day” role a little too far, isn’t she? The 37-year-old Oscar-winning actress attended the premiere for her film “Labor Day” at the Toronto Film Festival decked out in a plunging navy Jenny Packham gown AND a baby bump!

Winslet is expecting her first child with husband Ned Rocknroll and graced the red carpet with co-stars Josh Brolin and James Van Der Beek over the weekend.

Of her pregnancy, Winslet said, “I feel completely great. I have admiration for mothers everywhere … Being a parent turns you inside out. It completely transforms your life and, of course, your children are your absolute everything.”

And she’s glad to still be able to travel for her amazing cinematic career. “It’s such a pleasure to be able to be here and still be permitted on an airplane and talk about a film that I’m proud to be a part of.”

Based on the 2009 novel of the same name by Joyce Maynard, “Labor Day” stars Winslet as depressed single mom Adele. On a back-to-school shopping trip with her son Henry (newcomer Gattlin Griffith), they encounter a man named Frank (Josh Brolin) who’s intimidating and clearly in need of help, and who convinces them to take him into their home.

As police search the town for the escaped convict, the mother and son gradually learn his true story as their options become increasingly limited.

Note to Self: Always trust your gut in these situations!
