The second installment of the “Hunger Games” franchise hits theaters Nov. 22, 2013, and finds Katniss and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) becoming targets of the Capitol after their victory in the 74th Hunger Games. A rebellion in the Districts of Panem ensues. Cannot wait for this.
