Iron Man 3: Robert Downey, Jr. in South Korea

Robert Downey Jr. is in South Korea this week to promote “Iron Man 3.”

Wonder if Iron Man might be able to talk some sense into Kim Jong-un, the 30-year-old son of North Korea’s founder who’s threatened to obliterate Seoul and take down some American cities. Iron Man seems a lot smarter and saner than Dennis Rodman, so could be a good move.

“Iron Man 3” picks up with the brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man battling an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him.

“Iron Man,” hits U.S. theaters on May 3, 2013.
