Three Reasons Why the Star Trek Into Darkness Super Bowl Spot is Amazing

Star Trek Into Darkness

I’ll just come out and say it. The Super Bowl spot for “Star Trek Into Darkness” is pretty amazing, for several reasons:

1. Benedict Cumberbatch is a great villain. If you think he’s intense as “Sherlock,” it’s that times ten.

2. Our beloved Enterprise falls from space. Space, people. Not sky. Space.

3. Chris Pine. I know I’ve mentioned this before, but his casting as young James T. Kirk is brilliant. Really, all the casting is brilliant, from Zoe Saldana as Uhura to Zachary Quinto as Spock to all the rest.

I suspect you may no longer meet the “undiscovered” criteria for a Liebster Award. But, since I don’t know for sure and I’ve seen a rather broad range of numbers as the cut-off, I’m nominating you anyway. Visit my blog to see what to do to accept the award. Congrats!
