Grammys 2013: Jennifer Lopez

Pop Culture Daily: Taylor Lautner, K.D. Lang, Grammy Fashion Memo

Grammys 2013: Jennifer Lopez
Is Jennifer Lopez’s leg too puffy for the Grammys?

Apparently, the folks who attended the Grammys had a fashion code to adhere to: No  side boobs, thong type costumes or puffy bare skin. So wait, you have to be toned and shapely to get into the Grammys, and yet they’ll let any riff-raff prankster wander in? Something’s not right there.

Helena Bonham Carter and Dominic West will play Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton in “Burton & Taylor,” a 90-minute BBC film that charts the pair’s ill-fated appearance in a 1983 revival of Noel Coward’s play “Private Lives.” I might have had doubts about her, but not after seeing her in “The King’s Speech.” She doesn’t always play the crazy lady.

It’s good to be a Jolie-Pitt kid. Brad and Angie’s daughter Vivienne scored some nice juice-box change to appear with her mom in “Maleficent.” $3K a week, plus a $60 per diem daily. Better than a paper route.

Taylor Lautner celebrated his 21st birthday with pal Kristen Stewart. Awww…

Albert Brooks signs for “Finding Nemo 2.” Let’s hope he doesn’t get separated from the little guy again! It’ll be “Home Alone” all over again, where they keep leaving poor Kevin alone year after year.

Hmmm … maybe they didn’t like the “Homeland” numbers for season two. They’ve added a new writer. James Yoshimura has worked on “Treme” and “Homicide: Life on the Streets.”

Nice! K.D. Lang will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. Love her.

Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous” is getting a reboot on the Style channel. Because we all just love seeing obscenely rich people decide which house to spend the holidays in. The one in the Bahamas or the one in the South of France? Such a tough decision.
