Nina Dobrev celebrated her 24th birthday with beau Ian Somerhalder and celebrity pals during Dior’s Hollywood Glamour Dinner at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood Jan. 9.
“The Vampire Diaries” star was toasted by “Pitch Perfect” star Anna Kendrick, “Twilight” star Nikki Reed and “Dancing With the Stars” dancer Derek Hough. At the end of the night Dobrev hopped into the back seat of her town car and rolled down her window to sign autographs for enthusiastic fans.
Both Dobrev and Somerhalder are big on Twitter, and she thanked fans by tweeting this on Jan. 12:
“I know it’s delayed but if you’ll believe it I haven’t been able to get on Twitter since midnight the day before my birthday! All you amazing people crashed my account with your sweet messages and birthday wishes! Thank you. It was a very special day! You rock!”
Rumors have been circulating that Dobrev and Somerhalder, 34, recently got engaged. Not true, according to some reports.
