Madonna unveiled her new fragrance Truth or Dare this week at Macy’s in New York City. Look, I’d take her body any day of the week, but the dress? Not so much. I call it the Goth Tarantula look. But it’s Dolce & Gabbana, so I’m guessing it cost a fortune to look this weird.
And is it just me, or is there someone peeking out from “down there”? Plus she sort of looks like she’s going to slug someone.

I can’t say I’ve always been onboard Madonna’s fashion statements. On the other hand, I guess she looks tame now, compared to Lady Gaga.
Well, I would like UNDER the sheer dress, but truth? I LOVE the hair. I think I could have that hair..with thousands of dollars of extensions, that is.
She does have great hair. Probably invests a lot of cash into making it look that way (along with the rest of her body). 🙂

I used to be a Madonna fan. I was one of the first in France to play Like a Virgin on the radio. I admired her success. I liked that she got Gaultier before so many others outside France. But when I saw the vodka ads this spring, I decided she needs to start acting her age. And, does she really need a new source of income? Instead of promoting perfume to make money, how about coming out against the toxic chemicals in perfume, on behalf of her kids and children all over the world instead?
I’m glad you said that, because I’ve thought the same thing lately. She needs to start acting her age! Think about the impact of what she’s doing and promoting to the world. I’m sure I’ll get flamed for this next comment, but I’ve had similar thoughts about Jennifer Lopez – she’s carting those poor twins all over the country on her summer tour. Go home and be a mom, J-Lo.

Seems like I heard about some recent kerfluffle involving Gaga and Madonna. Gaga and Madonna… I’ll get clobbered for saying this, but what can you expect from two women with names like that!?
She doesn’t look very comfortable in that dress either. Almost like she’s trying too hard
If I had the body for it, I’d wear it! It’s sexy in a weird way. Of course, it’s one of those bedroom dresses–the kind you put on just to take back off. I’m not sure it’s possible to walk in that get up.
Maybe that’s why I’m not a big fashion hound. Comfort is way more important to me than style. If I knew enough to have both, and could afford cute clothes that are also comfortable…

This is Madonna being Madonna. I just came across one of my albums of hers, Like a Virgin, and there she was, decades ago…Madonna being Madonna, on the cover!
She definitely has her own style.
perfect body and hair as always! I adore her lifestyle and her songs.
I think we can’t blame her because that’s her fashion.
I can’t imagine anyone more beautiful than her at anything she wears. She is evergreen. 🙂
