Taylor Lautner has a movie coming out called ‘Abduction,’ in theaters Sept. 23, 2011. He stars as a guy who discovers his baby photo on a missing persons web site and sets out to uncover the truth.
A while back, I predicted that the film would rocket him into action-star mode and launch him out of the ‘Twilight’ zone. It’s directed by John Singleton, so I’m guessing it’ll have an edgy ‘Black Snake Moan’ | ‘Hustle & Flow’ vibe.
In the meantime, Lautner’s been busy with other projects, including this Funny or Die video called ‘Field of Dreams 2: NFL Lockout.’
It’s hilarious that they’ve got Ray Liotta and Dennis Haysbert in there (I guess James Earl Jones wasn’t available?). And I really don’t care one wit about football and still found it funny.
