The ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ Trailer with Julia Roberts Looks Gorgeous

The trailer for ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ was just released, and it looks absolutely gorgeous, with lots of beautiful locations (India, Italy and Indonesia).

The story is based on the best-selling novel by Elizabeth Gilbert, and follows her journey of self-discovery to find herself outside of a romantic relationship. I can’t think of anyone better suited for the lead role than Julia Roberts.

I know she’s done plenty of movies since having kids and settling down, but I look at this as sort of her comeback film, mainly because she’s got the starring role. And what a thrill for Elizabeth Gilbert; who knew her journey of self-discovery would end up with a film starring Roberts?

‘Eat, Pray, Love’ was directed by Ryan Murphy (who created ‘Glee’), and also stars James Franco, Javier Bardem, Billy Crudup, Richard Jenkins, and Viola Davis. It’s scheduled to arrive in theaters Aug. 13, 2010.
