Jane: Tell us a little about Zoey 101.
Chris: It’s a great show, great cast, and we have a lot of fun. Never a dull moment on set.
Jane: Your character, Michael, is a jokester who’s not afraid to tell it like it is. Any similarities between you and him?
Chris: Yes. We are both outgoing and easy to get along with.
Jane: You’ve done a lot of commercials – Pop Tarts, McDonalds, Cap’n Crunch, and lots of others. What’s the difference between acting in a commercial and acting in a TV show?
Chris: You have more leeway on TV shows. Commercials are set with storyboards, and you have to go by the script.
Jane: Do you get free samples of Pop Tarts and other stuff?
Chris: Just Michael Jordan clothes.
Jane: You performed in a theater version of The Lion King. Which do you prefer – acting in live theater or a TV show?
Chris: TV.
Jane: Is it nerve-wracking being on stage before a live audience?
Chris: Not after the first week. You get used to it.
Jane: Best thing about being on a hit TV show?
Chris: Meeting new people and traveling. TV brings a lot of new exposure.
Jane: Do you have any sort of life philosophy you live by?
Chris: Smile for life.
Jane: You became a big fan of Mohammed Ali after reading a bunch of old Sports Illustrated mags from a yard sale. Have you met the Champ yet?
Chris: Not yet.
Jane: Any competition between you and your brother, Kyle, also an actor (Cory in the House)?
Chris: No, we look at both our chances to represent our family name.
Jane: Your bio says you love Animal Planet – any favorite shows?
Chris: Dog Whisperer.
Jane: Do you have any pets?
Chris: Yes, a Great Dane.
Jane: Any tips for aspiring young actors?
Chris: Always give more than 100%.
Jane: Any particular actor you’d love to work with?
Chris: Jim Carrey, Will Smith, or Martin Lawrence.

He seemed extremely short in his responses. Some of the questions allowed for him to elaborate a little bit more. I’m shocked!
