Ok, ok. I haven’t posted much — well, nothing really — about the nuptials of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, because it’s just not that interesting to me. I mean, it’s basically a count-down to the divorce now, right?

Maybe I’m too cynical, and like my daughter says, maybe they’ll stay together because they have a baby together. That’s worked for other celebrity couples right? Not.

At any rate, here are the first official photos of the newlyweds, after their lavish wedding this weekend in Florence, Italy. The white flower wall was erected specifically for the occasion. Props to E! News for nabbing the first photos.

Check out little North watching her smiling parents from her aisle, where she’s safely in the arms of grandma Kris Jenner!

Kim stunned in a white, Givenchy Haute Couture lace gown and a long silk veil during the ceremony, while Kanye was fitted in a custom Givenchy tuxedo.

Kim and Kanye used traditional vows during the ceremony and their good friend, a pastor from Miami, officiated the union.

  1. Nice write-up. I think the dress is really pretty. The flower wall is pretty spectacular. Good luck to the happy couple.
