Badass Steve McQueen in The Great Escape

This cool infographic just landed in my inbox from BikeBandit.com. Being a biker chick myself, I was all over it.

As for who’s the biggest biker badass in Hollywood? On the human side, I’m going with Steve McQueen in “The Great Escape.” Only the biggest badass on the planet steals a motorcycle from the Nazis and jumps a barbed wire fence with soldiers in hot pursuit. But that Triumph TT Special 650 is more of an off-road bike that I wouldn’t necessarily call the biggest badass bike.

That’s why on the bike side of things, I’m going with Dennis Hopper’s 1950 Harley-Davidson FL Panhead Hydra Glide from “Easy Rider.” Every badass who was anyone rode — and continues to ride — one of these. They’re big, powerful, loud, and the older they are, the more badass they are. Thoughts?
